Why this Obsession, "Ossesione"? Maybe because on this album we have the Italian Concert in three versions and three different sonorities performed by the same artist. You can listen to it played on a Hans Ruckers II Le Jeune harpsichord from 1624, tuned to 415 Hz, or in combinations of harpsichord and monophonic Moog synthesizer or Hammond organ. Also on a full sized Pipe Organ, or at the end of the album on the classical acoustic piano. Some say that Bach also played the piano, it appeared during his lifetime, maybe it's true, but he certainly played the organ and the harpsichord. Bach preludes and fugueson the guitar, why not? I hope you like my introspection in Bach's music.
